Hi, giggle-ite.  First of all, are you downloading to a pc or a tablet?  On either device you will need a comic reader.  If you do not have one installed, I suggest CDisplay Ex for the pc and perfect viewer for the tablet.  CDisplay Ex,  just look it up on a search engine and install. Perfect viewer is free on the google store.
I have just downloaded the comic to my tablet and it opened fine and all the pages were there.

This is not necessarily to do with your problem but I am now using Opera on my android tablet and it is vastly superior to the built in browser.  Opera has also solved the occasional problems I was having on CB+ with password, using the reader and downloading.  Cannot recommend it highly enough.
Let us know how you get on. Or if my suggestions are a load of old nonsense.

Got it! Thanks! I do have Opera and it did work just fine in loading. Much faster than Chrome. I didn't have the comic book reader either, but now I do. It will be nice to read it in the 2 page format.
