Strange entry from the early fifties which probably sparked the outcry for censorship. The Title Stories read like one of today's TV : the creators seem to enjoy the portrayals of grim and unspeakable torture to the Innocent while any sense of Justice is minimized, having the effect that what the Title Characters did truly was "fun"

"Forecast for Death!" was originally a story titled "The Saint and the Star Gazer" from 'The Saint' #2 (1947). Aside from the name change, it's also been edited to change some of the character's names. The art is by Allen Ulmer, whose name was visible on the original splash page.
