This 1941 Dell one-shot (and the 1942 Dell one-shot, AMERICA IN ACTION) are probably the most interesting war comics of the actual WWII years that I've seen, unless you're counting things like Quality's MILITARY COMICS, and AIRBOY or CONTACT. But these are more on the factual side of things, perhaps foreshadowing Dell's later COMBAT title. The art style on this one-shot reminds me somewhat of the Gum Inc. 1938 trading card series, "Horrors of War".
