| Synopsis | Anteas Jr. and Penny take Robert and Billy to a rodeo. Col. Evans asks Anteas Jr. to drive his wagon in a race; a wheel comes loose and the Bouncer shows up and saves them. Evans gives water to poor ranchers without a fee, which upsets his neighbor Jack Spur. Spur tries multiple times to sabotage Evans' ranch, but the Bouncer and Anteas Jr. foil each attempt. Spur finally tries to blow up the ranch but only succeeds in opening an oil well, which will solve the financial problems of Evans and the other ranchers. |

Judy points out that it's Cuthbert's birthday, not hers, so they give the bowl to Junior. The next day, Cuthbert discovers the tureen was sold by mistake and is actually valuable. He rescues it from Junior and returns it to the auction house, where he picks out a ship in a bottle as his reward. This upsets Judy so Cuthbert takes her hat shopping. |

| Synopsis | Kelly and Whacky have returned to their military duties but Kelly misses the mysterious Manta. Manta is actually Sue, the daughter of Professor Andrews, an American running a hospital in the jungle. When her father fails to save the wounded Takoa, the man's irate men shoot Prof. Andrews, massacre the other patients, and burn the hospital. Kelly and Whacky see the fire from the air and land nearby. Kelly discovers Sue is Manta; her father dies. Kelly, Sue and Whacky take off in Kelly's rocket-powered fighter, strafing the guerrillas to avenge Prof. Andrews. However, their plane is hit. |
