Very little of the K-51 art looks even remotely like Will Eisner art to me. I would guess Bob Powell but the art looks only marginally more like Bob Powell art than Will Eisner art.
I became a Flame fan when I bought some of the earliest Flame and Wonderworld comics with Lou Fine covers. (Unfortunately I sold those comics decades ago.)
The artists after Fine had a hard act to follow and I resisted accepting Flame post- Lou Fine.
Now I like all the Flame comics as well as even Green Mask.
The earliest Fox comics are GREAT, later ones
are pretty good, and even tho Victor Fox was a terrible businessman and all-around weirdo ("I'm the king of comics", Kooba Kola), I have affection for him and his often 2nd and 3rd rate comic books.
I'm glad he managed to get Blue Beetle back from Holyoke.
And I enjoy his really weird jungle comics too.
