This book is incomplete. Face of Death is only two pages instead of the stated eight and the next story has the first pages missing. P;ease let people know that it is incomplete.

Not sure what happened to BobR. For me the entire issues shows up both on screen and in the download.

Mind-blowing cover with Jay Disbrow’s pencils on Death Ship. Good story too – the existential quest that drives a man to find his own oasis of peace and solitude where he can find true happiness. (Mine is the far corner of the snug in The Long Man in Wilmington) The Face of Death has some brooding, atmospheric uncredited panels, a half-man / half-beast that looks remarkably like my mother-in-law and a missing page three (page seven is reprinted and transposed into page three, I think). My favourite though was Mankillers with panther-loving amazon queen and Betty Page-lookalike Rulah sorting out an evil tyrant, studying Congolese cosmetology and adopting new standards in snakeskin leotards. Gotta be a winner!

Absolutely THE best cover and story of the entire run.

Death Ship is an unofficial adaptation of (variation on) The Rocket Man by Ray Bradbury. I'm surprised nobody else has noticed that.
