Wish this had been the IW Spirit issue I discovered back in 1963, instead of IW #12. I would have learned much earlier how great a storyteller Eisner was. Great stuff in here, especially the first story.

I was lucky, this is the first Spirit comic I ever read, a life-changing experience for a 13-year-old K1ngcat! I had to wait for Harvey to bring out their line before I could read any more.

Really enjoyed The Spirit in this one. I'm going to suggest this and some other comics too.
