MLJ/Archie comics of this era are definitely an acquired taste, with an odd mix of superhero tales (rather crudely drawn) and various "humour" strips (and I use that term loosely) based mostly on slapstick situations. Interesting as historical oddities and valuable as such, but not that entertaining (to my taste, yours may vary).
