SynopsisAfter spending 25 years in Tibet learning all the secrets of the Grand High Lamas, Phil Anson returns to America, startling on-lookers. Disappearing in a puff of smoke, he secures clothing, takes up residence in a posh hotel, and pays Whizzer McGee $50 to be his assistant. Soon after, the pair take on foreign spies, who have captured a professor who has invented a machine that can turn salt water into a powerful fuel like gasoline.
