NotesLUCKY ‘magpie’ COMICS is a Frank Johnson anthology released in 1946. This one is more on the humorous side, but with some adventure strips in its 52 pages. It contains MISS INFORMATION by Ron Broadley, WOCKO THE BEAUT by Emile Mercier, SHADOWMAN by Ron Broadley, BUNYA THE BUNYIP by Ralph and Noreen Shelley, PRENDERGAST AND MIDSHIPMAN BREEZY by Lock, QUENTIN QUAINT AND HIS INVISIBLE PAINT by Ron Broadley, ROCKY NED by Peter Chapman, CAPTAIN SPADGER by Frank Jessup, MISTER MONEYBAGS by Emile Mercier, and a couple of Australian articles.
