Comic Story99 & 44/100% Puritan (10 pages)
SynopsisInspired by a story about Peter Minuet, Benedict Bogus dreams of going back to the year 1681 to bilk Indians into selling him land that will eventually become extremely valuable. When Bogus lands in the New World with a chest full of beads, the Stooges, in the guise of Indian real estate agents AND Dutch jewelry merchants/wilderness guides, manage to swindle Bogus out of his money. They take him cross-country, where they run afoul with Indians and are almost burned at the stake.
