| Notes | Script credit was previously given to Andriola, but Saunders was the uncredited author for several decades from its beginning, on October 4 1943. These reprints fall between that date and pre-publication date of this issue. Panels are reshaped and rejigged, with Andriola's signature placed on both first and last pages. This story was first reprinted in "A-1" (1945, Magazine Enterprises) #[1]. Page 1 of this story is made up of panels reprinted from last issue. The remaining 9 pages are pages 9-17 as printed in "A-1", except the last 2 panels are replaced with a "read next issue to see what happens" blurb, panels are reshaped for the narrower size of the comic, and it has been recolored. Readers are left hanging, as part 3 of this story in not reprinted next issue as is promised. |
