The information on the front door has it right--this is Vol. 3, No. 7. But the index card has it wrong. Well nobody's perfect.
Gosh, I like Jon St. Ables' work on Brok Windsor so much. Hopefully some day we can get all of the stories--well most of them--on here. I really want to read the whole adventure.

Brok Windsor is a great-looking strip. It sort of has the look and feel of a Canadian FLASH GORDON, without being a blatant knockoff, since it contains so may original elements. It turns out that this was reprinted in a 194-page collection by Bedside Press (in black & white, just like the original comics). I'm going to order the book, based on what I saw of Brok in BETTER Comics here. http://bedsidepress.com/product/brok-windsor/
There's also a review of the Bedside Brok Windsor book and an interview with Stables' son (also named Jon) here: https://www.comicbookdaily.com/collecting-community/whites-tsunami-weca-splashes/brock-windsor-1944- 1946/
