SynopsisThe Blackhawks have been sent to Algiers to collect documents containing an important formula. The documents are stolen by a pick-pocket working for Hassa, who then sells them to the villain Kral. However, the documents are useless without the encryption key, so Hassa sends the beautiful Carla to lure the Blackhawks into a trap. Carla has second thoughts and helps the Blackhawks capture Hassa and reclaim the formula.
