I like this fellow's pen and ink style. Can anyone tell me something about him?

This is a really great comic. Lovely ink work art. Good story that maintains interest. A classic example of an Australian comic. However, pages 22 & 24 have been scanned upside down, the scanner's hand is also there, not over the comic page its self though.
