SynopsisThe police set up a road block to trap Speed Kling with Chuck and Archie in hot pursuit. Pete manages to get control of Speed's steering wheel and swerves the vehicle off the road and into a muddy field, where they are arrested by the police. The hit and run victim is mending well and gets a ride of honor in a 1906 Franklin touring car. Mike Kelly has been judged the safest driver in the Automobile Safety Contest and Chuck White has been elected honorary member of the Junior Auto Club and must supervise the restoration of an old Stanley Steamer, much to his chagrin.
