There are two copies of 'Northwest Romances' here and they are categorized under 'Romance'. With work from Authors like Jack London and Robert Service they really don't belong with love stories. Romance here is meant in the older sense of Adventure. 'Historical romance (also historical novel) is a broad category of fiction in which the plot takes place in a setting located in the past. Walter Scott helped popularize this genre in the early 19th-century, with works such as Rob Roy and Ivanhoe.' https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Historical_romance They might be better categorized as Adventure link to one of the books. /?dlid=37189
