I'm not sure about the penciller but the inking looks like Vince Collettta.

The pencils are by the same guy who did pencils and inks on #1--Henry Scarpelli--but darned if I don't think crashryan is right about Tallarico on the inks on this issue.

I have to say, I look at the pencils in issue 1, and I see an awful lot of Mike Sekowsky faces, postures and compositions. Anyone else see this?
