One of the most expensive coffins ever built is one in which a queen of Madagascar was buried. It was made of 30,000 silver dollars. One great French writer in the 18th and 19th centuries didn't have time to write his books. The author was Nicolas-Admiratif de l'Héberton, and his unique literary trick was to simply transfer his stories direct from his brain to the printing press.
