Of course this series continued from "Reptilicus" 1 & 2. When Charlton lost the rights to the "character" they changed the name starting with issue 3 to "Reptisaurus." And - they also removed all his teeth!
   By
Toothless is certainly the word for this. Despite the wayout plot, it is surprisingly difficult to find any redeeming qualities here.

When Charlton revamped the Reptilicus title to Reptisaurus , The Terrible making the monster no more terrifying than Cecil The Sea Sick Sea Serpent , Repitilicus sure lost his mojo. I was saddened but still bought every issue. Four issues later with issue #7 Repitisaurus got his mojo back!
   By
In addition to his mojo, #7 gave Reptisaurus a stylish horn on his schnozz.

NotesThe previous issue featured Reptilicus, but Charlton lost the rights. So they altered Reptilicus' appearance, changed his origin, and renamed him Reptisaurus going forward.

The "Jupos" are depicted as thin yellow scaly aliens with cone heads, pointy ears, and blue capes.

The splash page shows Reptisaurus fighting Soviet fighter planes rather than Jupiter spaceships.

In the prehistoric era after Reptisaurus is seen emerging, he interrupts a fight between an Alamosaurus and a Brontosaurus.
