Something incongruous about naming a heroes-and-mayhem comic "roly-poly."

Unless this is an incomplete issue (and I doubt that it is), we see Black Hood on the cover, but no Hood story inside. Holy "Bait and switch" Batman!

Ifc house ad is interesting because it promises "14 comics" but lists only 5 titles (of which 2, "Bobby" and "Seven Seas," weren't even published by Green) "and others." I guess they didn't promise 14 different titles only "different issues."
