First LineIt's Phineas! Hi, Phineas!
NotesJerry Bails previously suggested that “E. D. Pat” could be Don Patterson, but the art is consistent with the Phineas the Great art signed by William Pattengill in Ha Ha Comics #2 (November 1943). It’s possible that “Pat” could be Pattengill, while “E. D.” might be a separate signature for the writer or inker, possibly Ed Dunn, who’s also from the Sangor Studio.
