Pat” could be Don Patterson, but the art is consistent with the Phineas the Great art signed by William Pattengill in Ha Ha Comics #2 (November 1943). It’s possible that “Pat” could be Pattengill, while “E. D.” might be a separate signature for the writer or inker, possibly Ed Dunn, who’s also from the Sangor Studio. |
