Looks like the Chairman was drawn to be Nikita Khrushchev, but someone chickened out at the last moment and gave him a mustache. By the way, the credits say Alascia inked the Reptisaurus story but it's pretty clearly Vince Colletta.

SynopsisSoviet aircraft attack the slumbering Reptisaurus in the Himalayas by dropping an Atomic bomb on him. Enraged, Reptisaurus destroys the aircraft. It's then decided to use giant cables from jets to ensnare and trap Reptisaurus. To fight the communists, the U.S military send in paratroopers to free Reptisaurus and airdrop vitamins for him to eat and regain his strength. The revived monster decimates most of Moscow and anything that has the "red stars of hate" before he flies off.

Text states that Reptisaurus "became an enemy of all communists" because he associated the red star with pain and torment. He is also referred to as an "anti-communist monster".

The yeti from the previous issue returns running in fear from Reptisaurus when he tries to wake him up.
