Good old IW! This is the very issue in which I first met the bewitching Phantom Lady, nostalgia overload! Many thanks for scanning and posting this one.

Funny how in the last story PL seems to be wearing more clothes while in her underwear than she was before the propellor tore her costume off (note for example the bra straps).
