Curious...beginning on page 14, the strangling cord has been removed from Banson's hand in true Comics Code fashion. I don't recall seeing this sort of censorship in other SDL issues. Could it have been the work of the newspaper syndicate? One would have to find an original newspaper appearance and check whether Banson's hands are empty. Nice art by John Spranger.
