Not sure who the interior artist is but Iim pretty sure the cover artist is Frank Bellamy.

I agree with the note above that the cover is by Bill Lacey, the artist who drew the interiors. I could swear, however, that the cover image has been squeezed a bit horizontally. The figures seem tall and skinny, and the "9p" circle is an oval.
