Surprisingly amusing comic. I vaguely remember when Moon Mullins was in the newspapers and never paid much attention to it, but it's nicely done and brings a smile to one's face. This issue also includes a couple of features drawn by Milt Gross in his wacky style, and a short strip by Al Hartley.
