Apparently unrelated to the earlier "Pocketful of Pepper" despite the similar titles. The gags in this one are more overtly sexual and the lineup of cartoonists is different (and worse).

This was published not too far from where I live. The Haynes Lithograph Company was located there in 1956, so I suspect they were the printers.
