Can't decipher the signature. anybody know where this came from? Looks like an English 'Paper'

Nervy Nat was the creation of young James Montgomery Flagg. It appeared in "Judge," an American comic weekly that competed with "Life" in the late 19th / early 20th century. Flagg's first pro cartoons appeared when he was 12 years old!
