THE COBRA WOMAN was published by Offset Printing Co in October 1944 (estimated). This issue contains two adventure stories: British agent ‘RED’ STEELE in The Cobra Woman (by Hal English), and detective SHADO McGRAW in The One-Eyed Man (by Will Donald). Both these characters appear in multiple stories, and usually both in the same comic. It also includes two 1-page humour strips, both by Eric Porter. This comic is marked as being #C5, despite it not being a periodical (an ongoing serial publication) that would have an ISSN number these days. Great!!! A pocket library size comic, in colour.
I'm struck by the resemblance to some of the art in various GG Swan comics. I don't suppose..................?

No connection between the Offset Printing Co and GG Swan, as far as I can see. The colour "pocket size" format of this comic is an oddity - all the other OPC comics I've seen are regular size and black and white (including Red Steele and Shado McGraw issues). OPC were a regular offset printer for a few years, who started publishing magazines and comics in 1940-ish after the Australian government prohibited the import of American printed matter (I think that, during WWII, British books and magazines were still allowed). After WWII, OPC stopped publishing within a couple of years. There are other smaller size comics, mostly one-shots. The only title I've seen with multiple issues in a small format was Little Trimmer (although it changed to a regular size later).
