NotesCRIMSON COMET 14 by Albert de Vine in July 1950 (estimated). This is a full issue of Crimson Comet, with no back-up features (a number of issues since John Dixon moved on were about 50% of the issue for Crimson Comet, and a back-up strip that filled out the rest of the issue). This allows for a more complex story, so that rather than our hero versus an antagonist, we have a three-sided conflict.
