NotesTALKIE COMICS is a one-shot anthology comic, published by the Offset Printing Company in 1944. It’s listed as ‘an Eric Porter Studio publication’ on the cover – and all but one of the stories are written and drawn by Eric Porter: WADDLES WOMBAT, DOCTOR McDOWELL, SPY RING, WILLIE WOMBAT, and YOUNG BILL. The other story, THE ADVENTURES OF DICKON NEAL, is written and drawn by Rowl Greenhalgh, who was a member of Porter’s studio. (New upload replacing blurry page 4.)
