NotesMONSTER COMIC 4 is an anthology publication similar to an English story paper – in fact, it is the size of a tabloid newspaper. It was published in October 1945 (estimated) by Syd Miller Publications. There are a small number of comics by Syd Miller, Emile Mercier, Carl Lyons and Len Lawson, but the majority of this publication is short stories, activities, competitions, riddles, jokes and educational features. Monster Comic ran for six issues, and later returned as The Monster Comic, of which only one issue is known to have been published.
