Thank you for this. Mark. Begs the question. Some sources give Tarpe Mills Miss Fury as the first superheroine. But both Miss Fury and Black Cat debuted in 1941. Black Cat in Pocket comics #1 August 1941.And Harvey also had Pat Parker the War Nurse who debuted in May 1941 and was a costumed hero - after the origin tale. So who was first? This is a good reference source for origin dates, but for some reason it doesn't have Miss Fury! https://firsts.comicbookinvest.com/
