Nope! Just downloaded it. No trouble whatsoever.
When you download something there are many variables. you do it thorugh a browser, maybe through a firewall, then it comes off a server and goes through one or more other servers before it gets to your computer. Also there are many kinds of nastiest out there trying to attach themselves to your download, advertisers and marketers being the least of these. Also you may have an older or slower computer. But, currently, the fault is not in the download or in the CB+ site.
I hope you find the problem and can achieve a successful download.
