Fantastic choices on Random 12 today – as on every day – but this one tops the lot. There is one odd artistic choice in this little gem – the way Hazel’s thoughts always end with, ‘thought Hazel’ Was she a secret illeist, Andrew asked?

Almost Bollywood in its tale of unrequited love with two brothers and two sisters - both on opposite sides of the emotional coin - passing through life’s torturous trail of ragged romance. There’s a murder to solve and a fortune to behold. Deftly handled by the unknown writer and striking pencils from the unknown artist.

Can such a twisted tale of wrinkled relationships end happily? You’ll have to read it first to find out.
