The common link for most of these stories is Frew Publishing. The exception is the last story, Big Brother.

The Green Skeleton is from Green Skeleton #3 (by elimination - the story titles of #1, 2 and 4 are known).

Kid Eternity, Anthrop and Archie O'Toole are all from Kid Eternity #1 - all reprints from American comics.

Scoop Scott is from Scoop Scott #1 (and only).

Kid Champion is probably from Kid Eternity #3 (the cannibals appear on the cover).

Big Brother is a New Zealand character, published by Times Printing Works Ltd in an unnumbered Big Brother comic.

Panther is correct, Scoop Scott is by Peter Chapman and Kid Champion is by Jeff Wilkinson.
