This falls into the Thick of his most intricate stuff and I looks he was doing work for a bunch of different publishers, including something called Arnold book company, but no fox. I still think it is mort. Perhaps self-inked, or by someone I don't know. As I look through I don't think I see him doing anything for fox, but it might be a reprint or something else weird.
