The cover explains why Super Cat doesn't appear inside the comic--all tied up doncha know.

Why he doesn't appear in the first issue--I'm not sure--bad haircut?

Lucky for him that he was freed from his bonds in time to appear in the last two issues.

Better treatment than AJax gave Spunky. I do not think he appeared inside any book did he?
