Not really new, just another version of download blues

The first time I tried to download it did not work and going to CP user and returning did not help.  [Great tutorial by the way.]  I waited a day and then CP user worked for a few days.  Now it does not.  I am guessing it will work tomorrow.  Any suggestions?

Gee Malkar, I wish I could help.  Thanks for checking for the usual CP problem.
If it's not that you'll have to wait for Serj to show up and check things.

It's worth noting that your daily allowance can vary if you're not a VIP; some days you're allowed more than others.  I never figured out the why of that; but some times I could only get a couple books when others I could keep downloading for quite a while.

Not sure that's the problem, but it's worth mentioning, I think.
