Strongheart the dog
« on: October 15, 2017, 04:39:00 PM »

Hi All!

Newbie here, hoping someone can point me to old comics with Strongheart strips.  Strongheart was a German Shepherd that was super popular back in the 1920s thru 1950s, but now has almost disappeared.  Strongheart appeared in:

COMIC LIFE (by Geoffrey William Backhouse)
MY FAVOURITE
SPARKLER
CRACKERS
JINGLES
TV FUN (Strongheart appeared in the 1958 issue, possibly others.)

Thanks for any help!

Update after all these years:
I have found SOME Strongheart comics, but far from the full collection. If anyone has them please message me or a point in the right direction could also do.

Would the comics be based on the Strongheart that appeared in the movies? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strongheart
