CK, the first couple of Charlton Charlie Chan issues were material left over from the Prize Comics Chan books. Charlton bought them when Prize went out of business. Check them out if you haven't already seen them. Here's the first issue: [Edited to fix link (I hope)].

Curiously there are no interior art credits on the two Prize issues.
