The roster of talent on the books from this company suggest there may be some involvement by Capp's third brother, the one who ran Toby Press. The art in the previous book about civil defense seems to be by Leonard Starr. I see some resemblance here, but not enough to say it is by him. It could easily be Alex Kotzky with some of the Johnstone and Cushing guys.
