This is identical to Magazine Enterprises JET, a.k.a. Jet Powers #1, in every detail but the wraps - I would assume this indicates a rewrapping of remaindered copies, not a new printing. I wonder then if they bought them from the original publisher unfinished, or if some poor chump had to tear off the covers and staple on new ones all day long. That would probably be my job. :)
