This was Dell Comics second Mr. Magoo series, the first running mostly in 1953, and slightly into 1954. With this second one starting with this issue drawn in late 1961, and came t the news agent's shelves in January, 1962 (dated March-May, 1962 on the book). The 1965 date is a misprint. It should have read 1962.
