The basic idea of brining back PD superheroes was good, but the execution was a bit of a mess.

Generally I liked it, although the end of Chapter Two was... strange. Where are they going to go next?

I think the main flaw is that with so many characters most of them tend to get short shrift being relegated to cameos or "But it's my only line!" moments.

A list of nits I had with the series can be found at NitCentral http://nitcentral.philfarrand.com/discus/messages/7449/29483.html?1354185705
