OK gang, Jim is still in the hole some cash.
We've collected $80 so far (with some promises of more to come).
Jim has paid out $103.45

We are still short $23.45.

I have to agree with you Eric, as my shipping costs was $21.62 with insurance to sent them back, but definitely worth every penny for the books we get to see from it, some we might not every get a chance to see.

So please give if you can, so we get to see more of these 'jewels' in the future which JVJ has and is so willing to share with us here.

I had something extra to be thankful for waiting when I got home. A few books to scan from ebay and a bunch from Jim. Here is the list. I am not sure what order I will be scanning them in. A couple just needed centerfolds so I will get them early. Hope to scan one a day.

Did Astrp3's first donation of $25 arrive? He sent it around Jan.28 according to this post.

If he did we are short - $2.75

If he did not we are short - $27.75

Either way, gang we are all enjoying Jim's wonderful books he's been happy to send out to scanners.
The scanners are covering the return postage but we all need to step up and help Jim cover his own costs to send these out to the scanners.

I think the donation date would be the best indicator if PayPal keeps track of them for you.
I don't know Astrp3's real name either.

For now I'll assume his $25.00 made it to you and we are short $2.75. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Astrp3 mentioned a second $25.00 would arrive at some point as well which would give us a little buffer again.
