The character has been done in comics. By Marvel - I think back in the 80's - when they were doing a lot of Robert E Howard Stuff including King Kull. Also some stories of Solomon Kane were done by Dark Horse and they reprinted some Marvel Material.

Dark Horse versions were penciled by Mario Guevara and covers by John Cassaday.
