[The Australian Panther]

This is a fun comic. The 4 Aces look like a Blackhawk swipe on the splash, but not really.The first story places them in WW! and the second sees them as Seniour Citizen pilots in WW2. This did happen.
The 'Francis Craig' story is accurate too. There women flyers, they did want to enlist to fight, but they didn't fight in combat. They did non-combat flying, moving people and new planes around, to free the male pilots for combat. Russian women pilots flew in combat. Today in some airforces women do fly in combat.
Shame there weren't more stories featuring these characters.
