Neal Adams did a psychedelic Deadman page as tribute to Steranko psychedelic art.
Kirby did an abstract art story in Alarming Tales #1, the same issue with proto-Kamandi.

John Thompson did totally psychedelic comix.
Buckwheat Florida Jr. did one psychedelic issue of Suds and a few other comix stories.
Rick Griffin did many psychedelic comix (including Zap Comix with Crumb etc.) and his comix were generally Chrstian comix!
Willy Mendez did some psychedelic art in comix.
Various other comix had psychedelic art.

In the comic strip medium, Winsor McCay's Little Nemo in Slumberland etc. were psychedelic.
Krazy Kat arguably was psychedelic. (Krazy Kat also had the Tiger Tea story which can be interpreted as pro-marijuana.)
Gasoline Alley had a few psychedelic / modern art Sundays.
Polly and her Pals had some psychedelic Sundays.

That T.T. run was great and most of it superbly drawn.  Love Nick Cardy.
Hope I'm not too late with this but try Bravo for Adventure, the Alex Toth strip (Dragon Lady Press).  The first part is, to me, at any rate, psychedelic, but in b.&w. Wonderful effects and quite beautiful.

Mad Mod is a neat wacky character -- I admit that I didn't know anything about him until the Teen Titans animated show.  ;D ;D ;D
